It just started and it feels very funny almost like when your leg falls asleep. The only thing is ,this is constant.

Depending on your age,posture,injury etc...it could be several things. A neck or disc injury is possible where you are having pressure on your nerve.Some gymnast can stretch a nerve in their shoulder causing these symptoms. Carpal tunnel syndrome is usually limited to your hand and possible forearm area.It almost never is a circulation problem although it feels like it is.

You may have a pinched nerve caused by disc herniation in the neck or a muscle. I have the same problems as well as pain in the right arm down to the elbow and have been diagnosed with a disc herniation in my neck. you need to see a doctor. I have been in physical therapy and had some chiropractory done and have some improvement with pain but not much else. If there is a nerve being pinched off , it is not too bad yet to have the "tingly" sensation but if it gets pinched off more, the pain is going to be next to intolerable. I had so much pain in the arm I would literally cry. Been dealing with this for months now and just about had it with it. I am willing to do whatever it takes to feel normal again. If you live in a cold climate, when outside dress very warm because when you get cold, the muscles will contract and make the feeling stronger or worsen until you warm up again. Its not a good feeling, been dealing with this for quite a while and know what you are going through. Good luck.

i have the same symptoms but i have just had a heart attack , but i have been told it could be a trapped nerve
