Dear,
To those Christians that belief. Jesus is God. "The Trinity". The Character of God. The Character of the Son of God. The Character of the Holy Ghost/Spirit/Soul. (e.g in the name of the son of god....). Character, Character and Character. The three Characters. Maybe according to dynasty: "Jesus son of God and (son of Maryam), Son of Imran, Son of Sahim, son of Amur....son Solomon.....son Yusof, son of Ya'kub, son of Ishaq, son of Abraham". So, let them belief. Why Stop THEM!.
To MUSLIMS absolutely "NO".
To Muslims God is ALLAH. To the MUSLIMS, the MUSLIMS must belief "Jesus is the Prophet of God". Jesus is "NOT" God. God is ALLAH Subhanahu Wata'ala. The Muslims strongly belief in "The one and only God, ALLAH". He who created the Universe and the Govern of the Universe. He who created Human Beings and Jinns to Worship Him (God). He who make Mankind's as agent on earth. He is Al-Khaaliq-The Creator. He who creates everything from nothing and creates all things with the knowledge of what will happen to them. God is Al-Quddoos-The Holy. He, who is free from error, absentmindedness, incapability or defect. God is Al-Waahid--The Unique. He who is one in His actions and His Names. He has no partner or equal in his attributes, personality and commands. God is Al-Ahad. The One. He not borned and never been Born. He is alone forever and ever after. God. He is the First and He is the Last. God is Al-Baaqiy-The everlasting.

Jesus is God's Son in a human form. He is Divine and heavenly because he came from Heaven to do His mission here on Earth and He was given all human characteristics by His biological mother, Mama Mary. He has all human characteristics except sin. Jesus, as the Bible says, is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. In short, He is 3-in-1. =)
Not all things in the Bible should be taken or understood literally, but the words there represent other things. Thats why experts are trying to "unlock" what the "mysteries" of the Bible really mean.
It's also good to know how you are interested in God and/or Jesus
I hope I helped you!
=) =) =)

God is not man this is true but if you really get to the point Jesus was Virgin born that makes Him the Son of God & Son of man because He wasn't born w/the SIN aspect that comes from the male sperm(SIN) passed upon all men for all have SINNED. Also if you look @ how the philosophers had interpreted scripture you will see in certain times they see the Holiness that Jesus is, then the prophets. Much to learn from the Truth in God's Word if but only studied in the true light, for there are people out there who can & want to help.

Jesus is not god or a god, he was made in the image of god the same as all other peoples who live on the earth. gen 1:26 this is a positive commandment by god, and can not be turned into a negative by the passage of time. Jesus is however "the Christ, the son of the living god" Matt 16:16 and Jesus admits to being "the Christ, the son of the living god" in Matt16:17 and not as you state a god.

You are at least partially correct. God is not a man. Jesus was fully man. Jesus was also fully God. In other words, God can do anything and temporarily took on the form of a man.
1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Philippians 2:5-11 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: (6) Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: (7) But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: (8) And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. (9) Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: (10) That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; (11) And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

another confused person.
Didn't you notice the differences when it says 'son of man' and 'Son of Man'???
When they say son of Man, it refers to God.
ya He is not the son of man but He is the Son of Man.
get it??
I don't think you really know the Bible.
As you said, God is not the author of confusion.
Jesus Christ, is hundred percent God and hundred percent man yet there is no contradiction in this dual nature.
Jesus felt in every way tempted as a human being but also
He has properties of God in Him.
He can do miracles and know the hearts of pharisees. If not, why then the pharisees can't stand Him when He announces Himself as the Son of Man and say He blasphemes??
Many examples shown when Jesus cast out evil spirits, the confess that He is God.
Thus you can't say that He cannot save because He is God but He condescended to filthy human, yet without sins.
He gave up His human life but the experience being a human is forever even as God. He is the only one who can pity and succour us because he has gone through it all, even death..
And the Bible is real, if no, 'soldiers of allah' would not have quoted it...

i personaly dont believe in jesus i believe in a different g-d. i will try to prove to you that g-d exists and he cant be jesus.first of all man was created before jesus he wasnt the first man on earth. if jesus is g-d then he must of created everything and been imortal, right? . second of all if you think of g-d he has to be all spiritual with 0 physical. so how could he come out of a womans body and be killed. i can do this forever but i think you get the point. ask yourself two questions 1)how was the world created if so called g-d (jesus) was born later. and 2)how can g-d be killed, and why was he a physical hing in the first place???

Frankly, as a true agnostic, the very question itself is NOT something that would intellectually concern me, at all. That said, I'm wondering: Why would someone who calls him/herself "soldiers of allah" (with a lower case "a" and represented here by the image of the Spiderman no less) be interested in intentionally insulting other people's faiths? Isn't there enough animosity and ill-will in this world, as it is? Is it really necessary to provoke the wrath of YOUR FELLOW FAITHFULS? Why cannot you just leave the good enough alone? Why cannot you find a way to treat your fellow human beings with compassion, respect, and good will? Does human decency really look all that distant to you from behind the veil of fanaticism?
If your argument is sincere and based on logical reasoning, then why just stop at Jesus as not being [the son of] God; why not reject the whole 9-illogical-yard notion of God / Allah / Omnipotent Supreme Being altogether?

Well from a Christian perspective it is said, He is both man and God. The divine will/word of the father manifest in a human body.
"Numbers 23:19 “God is not a man…”
Out of context
"Numbers 23:19 “God is not a man that he should lie, nor a son of man that he should change his mind."
As we can see it refers to his His status of being above man's deceit and shortcomings.
Hosea 11:9 “...For I am God, and not man...”
Again out of context
Hosea 11:9 "I will not carry out me fierce anger, nor will I turn and devastate Ephraim. For I am God and not man - the Holy One among you. I will not come in wrath."
Looks like He is talking about being merciful in a situation where any man will exact revenge.
Jesus is also affirmed as God many times in the Bible.
John 1:1-2: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning."
Taking a quote from John isn't going to help because it clearly states from the beginning of the Gospel of John, John affirms that He (Jesus) was with/is God since the beginning.
Acts 2:26: "Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you Crucified, both Lord and Christ."
Haha! 4 verses later the author affirms that He is Lord and Christ. The book of Acts repeatedly does this so don't even bother quoting it.
Tim 1:2: "To Timothy my true son in the faith. Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord."
Again the start of Timothy affirms Christ's divinity.
Son of Man is a title and not supposed to be taken the way you did. Son of Man means "Son of Adam." In the Christian belief Jesus is God in human manifest. His body is born of Mary a descendant of Adam and Eve (then again who isn't). Being a descendant of Adam that makes Him the Son of Man (Adam) or if you want, Great Great Great etc...Grandson of Adam. He is the Spirit of God in the body of a human which is of Adam's flesh. Understand?
Jesus took the title Son of Man because it was used in those verses you mention to distinguish Himself. In a vision in Daniel 7:13 a "son of man" appeared in the clouds of heaven and it represented the people of God. Most knowledgeable Christians would agree that Jesus applied that vision to Himself - see Luke 22:69 for he was to represent the people of God.
Basing from your name, please understand that a religion is only comprehensible from the inside. You can listen as much as you want from outside the door but only those who have opened it can truly understand what is spoken inside.

I think you're on a roll here. After all Jesus said " Why callest thou me good. There is none good but God". I'm inclined to agree with this part of your faith, and revier
Jesus as great teacher showing the way to a Godly life.
But of course I'm a gnostic and even my fellow Christians consider me an infidel.

I fully agree with my sensible friend . No one, in his right senses, has any right to pick holes to mock at another's religious beliefs. This is how you alienate other human fellows and spread fundamentalism. Go find your own God and leave others to find solace in theirs. Since not a single soul in this world knows the answers regarding origin of Man and this world, neither we know where we will go after our time's up here, let everyone be comfortable in their skin without arousing negative passions and creating controversies which help absolutely no one....Please learn to share this mother earth amicably with everyone and lead this human life doing something worthwhile!!!
