Good and bad qualities doesn't have anything to do with religious beliefs. One of the most extraordinary human beings I know is an atheist, and one of the most greedy, horrible, vile people I know is a bible thumping christian.
Anyway...
Good - Generous, good listener, caring, affectionate, creative, adventurous, blah blah
Bad - Over emotional sometimes, tend to blame myself for everything, too honest to the point of forgetting tact at times

I think I am a fairly descent person - I love to help other people - I am very open-minded and am very careful to be good to anyone I feel deserves it.
My bad qualities I think are that sometimes I say things I shouldn't say to people - and that I would really love to go out and help the homeless and volunteer, but never find the time to do it.

Oh I feel like I'm not the one who should talk about my good qualities. It's perhaps something others can judge better.
As for bad ones, I have ego issues. I often let it come between others and me, but to give myself some credit - I strive hard against it.

Why is this specifically addressed to atheists? I know that sounds loaded, but really I'm just wondering. I'm not trying to call you out or anything.
I mean, I'm sure the answers will be the same regardless of beliefs or lack thereof. I'm agnostic. I'm smart and funny and kind, but I'm not as thoughtful as I would like to be and I often stumble into offending people because I have no taste. :-) But since I'm an agnostic, does that count?

Athiests are humans. They have all of the same qualities as the rest of the humans on the planet. Just because because one may be a monotheist or otherwise, does not make one any more or less than what one is.

We are "strong minded" and don't suffer from "weak mindedness"
We are "logical thinkers"
We can "think for ourselves".
Statistics prove: Highly intelligent people do not join groups of any kind this includes "cults or churches"
We don't have issues with "guilt"
We don't need to be told what to do, in order to function in life.
We have courage to stand out from the "herd", we are NOT sheep
We can do good in life charity wise, without having to have someone in charge tell us to do it.
We are not "judgemental"
We can accept those who are "different" from us, or those who "question" our views

that we realize the difference of wondering/believing something we never saw before & knowing & accepting it
haha..just joking...yet these are still true: both good & but yet the judgement depends on the persons themselves...
the thing is that there are more to believe in the scientific side-more evidences that are or have been certainly proven true.....whereas on the 'other' side, we/they merely have any actual primary proof/ evidence to say or certify if 'He' did or did not exist & the main reference seems to be something made by man himself-how the heck could you believe or not believe in any of those?
for me, i'd rather believe in things i see and have been truly proven....that's the better side & admit it, these are facts.
