Coventry is traditionally the place where offenders are sent,
But yes, Hull should be in the reckoning.
The residents of Cumbernauld, however, nominated their entire town for demolition which I believe exceeds anything found in Hull or Coventry. Their town centre was voted "the worst building in Britain", but has not been demolished.
I am an atheist and I have been to Hull, briefly.
(Knownow't, I'm already in Cornwall, which be better'n Deb'n, mebbe...)

Hull is a river in the north of England that runs under the city of Kingston. I don't find it that bad and with such residents as William Wilberforce, Amy Johnson (female pilot), Philip Larkin (author of Darling Buds of May) and Maureen Lipman I am in good company.

It's a scientific fact that if a nuclear device was detonated in Hull the sound of the cheering could be hear 600 miles away.

Hull can't be as bad a Stoke on Trent. Lived there for 3 years! I disobey the bible by living in sin, dating ladies and lots more (wink).
