This filth will continue until the Messiah returns and destroys every last remnant of this evil religious false system called christianity, in this case, Roman Catholicism. This is soon to take place. Many children are permanently harmed on a continuing basis by this vile system. Not just in Catholic churches but in protestant as well. As long as they have doctrines which justifytheir continuing in sin, they will continue to think they can get by with it. The government is not gonna do much to stop it.....many of them are part of the problem too.

People are slowly decreasing in numbers in terms of financially supporting the church or even showing up! It has been a complete and total embarrassment to the innocent as well as having no defense to speak of when praying for conversions to the faith. It has been a very difficult era in the church and many are scorned because of it. Sweeping all under the carpet is not working anymore and disturbs me when I think of how far back this goes in history and how many children went to their grave having to keep quiet. The church was made divine, however the people in it are the sinners - hierarchy or floorwashers - this problem exists in several organizations that provide services and programs for children. The only good thing about all of this, is that it is coming to a head, coming out and we are having a good but painful cleaning! When all is said and done, I think of Jesus statement, "My remnant will be scattered among the people" - so it will not be this group or that, but His true followers.....could be a handful!

it incredibly is only the top of the iceberg. i do no longer see how the church can stay to tell the story financially. the subsequent time, the attorneys will choose extra. They see how badly the church needs to circumvent an ordeal, which will truly exhibit them. i think the church could fairly go broke, declare financial disaster, than preserve themselves in courtroom. That way they could say they are being "persecuted". in the event that they attempt to circumvent going bankrupt, and conceal components, they could be charged with racketeering. And its approximately time! it incredibly isn't something new. they have been doing this for hundreds of years. Its part of their lifestyle. the faster this mendacity, evil, self-righteous employer is eradicated, the extra useful.

Every profession that deal with access to children has a high rate of child abuse. Religion should set a higher standard, but they are not the best at dealing with sex. If religion would take all forms of abuse more seriously, they could be a lot more effective. We need our churches to catch up with our technological age we live in, and open themselves up to the best and newest in spiritual ideas and training techniques, so as to be more sensitive to what is morality and how to elevate it.

I don't support the Catholic church with my money.
Too bad I don't have the same freedom when it comes to government and taxes.
I can't think of a more filthy organization than government.

This is what happens when people go against the order of God. Nowhere did it say for people to be celibate, yet they wanted to force themselves to become "holy" or whatever. And they turn out to be a bunch of worthless scum, scarring innocent kids for life. Child molesters deserve the death penalty in my opinion...maybe a hot iron up the a** till they burn to death.

I am Episcopalian and attended Catholic school throughout elementary and loathed the religion for many reasons, one of which was the hypocrisy which I was aware of even at the age of seven. Nothing has happened in the ensuing years ot make me change my mind about Catholicism except perhaps to deepen my loathing, case in point.
The Vatican has been aware of this aberration and has done nothing to stop it except to move the offending priests around from parish to parish instead of treating them like the criminals they really are.

I love the site you cite as a source, non-bias at all. Though I wonder how much fundie/protestant ministers have gotten away with hurting children in this way, you'd be surprised of the evils in the christian church as a whole.

What gets me is the fact that they take out insurance policies against this.
Doesn't that show that the church knows it's happening and does nothing to stop it?
