Definately looks like you have a male beardie.

Sexing very young bearded dragons in somewhat difficult, but determining sex in juveniles over the age of three months is relatively easy. By holding the dragon in the palm of your hand with its tail facing you, carefully fold the tail up over the back and examine the area just above the ventral opening. In males, hemipenal bulges can be seen on each side of the tail. The hemipenes will also cause and indentation in the center of the tail between the two hemipenes. On females, the hemipenal bulges are absent, thus causing the area above the vent to protrude slightly

most likely it is a male because i am a 13 year old breaded dragon breeder and i think that you have a male because if it had a more open part it would be a female because when they lay the egg they need more room to put the egg out so i am for sure it is a male. have any questions just contact me.

Separate your dragons and your problem will be solved. They are not meant to live together unless they are mating, which is way too early for a 4 month old dragon, they dont reach sexual maturity till around 1 year.

Male.

Can you see the row of faint dots between its legs? That is a definate giveaway - females do not have them.

Also the is two faint bulges at either side of the base of the tail.

Besides looking between their legs - does his head look quite large to the rest of his body? That is also another indicater as females have smaller heads and larger bellies.
