well I think to balance it you have to make a schedule for yourself, so that you can manage your time to balance everything...

so for example for me personally, everyday have to learn something new, so that I'll always read article or couple of page of book.

Then for emotion I always do everything with my Best that I always do it happily that it motivate me to do even better next time.

for mental of course sometime I share my thoughts and feelings with my friend so that I can be free from those, well it sure help.

and if you wanted to be even calmer you can meditate to do it it will help on balancing all of them...
