My father was the decision maker but, if you mean being the "man" of the house....he was far from being a man. No true man beats his wife.......

its my dad figuratively and literally speaking, hehe my mom doesnt want to wear pants aside from shorts shes always in skirt, anyway its my dad who is the ruler of the house and we all abide by his laws and regulations

Neither of them. We ,probably, would have had a more balanced lifestyle with more security if someone had.
Mom tried but my dad resisted so in the end no one really ended up ruling the roost.
