My cingular cell phone fell in the toilet about 3 weeks ago. I was going to get it replaced but once the water dried it started working and tere seemed to be no damage. Now esterday it kept rndomly shutting off, so after leaving it on the charger last night..today it wont turn on at all..Is this due to the water or...what? And what can i d

Try buying a new battery or borrowing one from another phone.
