KFC..? McD...? Hard to choose..
I love KFC value meal no.4 snack plate spicy, 1 chicken wing and another neither, love the whipped potato & coleslaw.

If you eat healthy , KFC is the lesser evil between the two . They are both fried but with KFC just take away the skin and just take on the meat then you are have lessen the calories and the fats.
The Mcdonalds hamburger are fried and not roasted /broiled so its has unlimited fats in it . They use a lot of cheese but you could choose the chicken nuggets for lesser fats and have some vegie salads to cushion the fats in the burger.
Better that both is roasted whole chicken rotisserie grilled. Very much less fats and its cheaper than the cost of chicken portions in Mcdo and KFC .

I cant choose between them coz i really love all McDonalds burgers especially Double Spicy chicken McDeluxe and i also love KFC's hot & spicy Fried Chicken!!

All the crap about animal mistreatment in KFC doesn't mean anything, because chickens lack sentience and therefor cannot realize that they are in pain.
But still, McDonald's is better.
