I got mine last Thursday....and my arm is still a little bit sore...but at least the nurse didn't JAM it into my arm this time. I hate that....

No way there is mercury in there and aluminum. They say that flu shots are linked to alzehiemers. So no thank you. Also there is formaldehyde, which they use to preserve dead people. Don't need that while I am alive! And the flu shot only protects against a few strands of the virus, and since the flu virus mutates, it doesn't protect for much.
