It's very cruel method of treating anyone at this stage.I am telling you this from the modern concept of Management.The Supervisor or for matter , anybody should have been given another fair chance to prove his/her worth.This treatment is very primitive during the Christmas month.It gives wrong message to all employees signalling that they could be treated by the management in the same manner.I am sure, many will look for alternative placement anywhere else.
It saddened me a lot.I just feel for the person and hope he he knows how to face such situation boldly.May God help his family members to bear with him this shocking incident.

Christmas bonus first. You only have to be patient for a couple of days then go away with the boss or supervisor fired :).

Supervisor get fired so that you can replace him and get a better salary raise (much more higher than the bonus)
