Yes. A few of my friends don't have internet and I wouldn't have a cell phone if it wasn't necessary.

I don't have a cell phone, and I'm barely able to pay for my dial-up Internet connection. I can do without the cell phone, but would love to have high-speed Internet access (everything takes forever with my dial-up connection).

Yes, quite a few people actually. Most use the local library or college for their internet access.

* i know atleast more than a thousand people's names and addresses who does not even have a landline what to say of cell or internet.
* otherwise i firmly declare their number is atleast in lacs if not crores.
