I get mine from Barnes and Noble. If there isn't a brick and mortar store near you, you can order online. If you order more than $25 worth of merchandise, shipping is free.

I also see them at office supply stores and art supply stores. The ones at art supply stores are actually sketch books, but they have lovely paper with a nice texture, and they are absolutely perfect if you should choose to illustrate your story with drawings or pictures you find someplace else.

You can also try the big box stores like Super Target. I know I have seen them there, as well.

Borders. they have all sorts of notebooks and actual hardcover books with a huge variety of patterns and colors.
