How to hand wash a very delicate, intricate dress?

It's a ball-gown type of dress. The top part is satin (or silk??) with VERY, intricate beadwork and jewels. The bottom part, the skirt, has one layer of silk and the top layer is chiffon.

Please help me with this... I've never hand washed anything before, certainly not this type of delicate, intricate dress!

Not rubbing no scrubbing just gentle up and downs into the wash mixture it must be mild and the same with the rinse Do not hang on the line but place on white towells or sheets until it is dry ~~
