I have just recived a new webcam and am having trouble focusing. I have ajusted the lens but still cannot get a clear picture. I got it for free after a complaint to the store, so it may just be a cheap camera. It is from nexxtch. Is their cameras that have to be ajusted extermely (turning the knob for more than a full minute) or could this be a lighting probem

It may be that turing the knob isn't changing anything, it may be broken (or you might be turning it the wrong way!).

Perhaps change the distance of the camera from you.

Take it back to The Source and have them test and adjust it for you.

If they can't get it working, upgrade to a Logitech web cam and repeat the above, before you take it home.
