That's what annoys me..the back stabbing they do behind people's backs..then the *** kissing they do to their face..i really don't agree with slagging people off behind their backs

I can't stand them. Not one bit. There isn't a person here who I would invite to my home or out for cup of joe. The back stabbing/buttkissing is constant and ridiculous. The politics, the pressure of having to be politcally correct all the time. They smile in your face while complaining to someone else about you the next second. Thanks for letting me let that out!

Be honest?

Ha ha... When do I not just blurt out the truth at a rate of 100m/ph? I cannot help myself but to just verbally regurgitate exactly what I am thinking...... so here goes.....

I just quit my job, but before then I loved two of the people I worked with to death, they were both really beautiful lovely girls, awesome personalities, they just shone with happiness every time they stepped though the doors... Work would not have been the same without them!

There were a few other girls with that I made friends with too who were lovely, but they did not become best friends like the ones I mentioned above....

Then there was the Jehovah's Whiteness who was always trying to convert me ... Until I started drooling over a couple of girl customers who came into the store one day, and I told her I was bisexual... You should have seen her jaw drop!

Then there was the boss... She was nice enough, and in away i did like her, but she was just a miserable person, and it showed right from her core to the outside... Her negative energy permeated though the whole shop, and I think in the end she is one of the main reasons I quit.... I just couldn't take her bad vibes any longer.....

So that's pretty much everyone! Small workplace, loved it while It was great, but am glad to be out! :)

I once worked in a department store as a supervisor. After a few days, the manager left and a new manager came along. Initially nothing happened. Everyone went accordingly. Then later, I realised the new manager cannot get along with everyone there. He himself was also incompetent and make many silly mistakes. But, without me realising it, he pushed the blame on me. Before long, every flaw he made was pushed on me. I was subsequently sacked by the top manager.

The good thing is that, after I left, he could no longer find anyone to pin the blame on. He got into a lot of trouble with the rest of the staff and was sacked himself.

I'm a stay at home mum these days (been ill) but when I did work I kept a safe distance between myself and the people I worked with.9 times out of 10 I wouldn't like the people I worked with when I got to know them better.Mainly because of the false way they are behind others backs. With me, what you see is what you get.My husband is the same, he won't mix with his work mates outside work. It's not something he's at ease with. There aren't many people he likes at work either, but he's always civil to them.

I love the people I work with. We are a great team of workers and know what we need and how to help each other. We get the work done and get it done quickly. Love, honey

I work at a bar and everyone is pretty nice to me because I'm a cook and I can spit in their food or worse then that. I try not to decide if I like people or not because it just really does'nt matter if I like them or not because it's just a job and I do my work and go home.
