Uh, how about...Nobody.

When it comes to Israel though, they have taken back their land, surviving a holocaust; I gotta respect them.

Is that so hard to understand, guy?

Currently, to my knowledge, no country is expanding their borders.

Israel added a small amount of land (though large in comparison to the starting size of their country) in the Six Day War.

The United States has not added any land since making Alaska and Hawaii states over 50 years ago.

The Soviet Union (USSR or CCCP if you prefer) no longer exists. The country of Russia has demonstrated a desire to return some of the republics to their fold, but they have yet to do so, either diplomatically or by force.

Christians and Muslims, from a religious standpoint, have been trying to convert each other for centuries, however, and if one were to consider that 'capturing muslims land', you could accurately say that both sides are expanding membership.

Well, the USA currently occupies Iraq and Afghanistan under the guise of a puppet government (regardless of what the government propaganda might say) and Israel occupies Palestinian lands. The Soviet Union set up a puppet government in Afghanistan 20 years ago, which was one of the things that brought upon its inevitable downfall.

Israel should grant independence to the Palestinians and do something to stop certain religious extremist groups from agitating ethnic hatred by moving into Palestinian lands. However, Israel should keep all lands which Jews currently live in.

The United States has absolutely no business being in the Middle East, except to capture Osama bin Laden, as Osama is the only person in the Middle East who has actually attacked America. Pakistan (where Osama is believed to be hiding) should aid American efforts to find Osama and stop harboring him as Osama represents a danger to world peace.

All Muslim countries should take steps to deal with the religious extremism problem to prevent events such as September 11th and threats such as those against the people in Denmark who published those cartoons of Muhammad.

None of the above.

Israel has actually "shrunk" since the 6 day war (e.g. giving the Sinai to Egypt, pulling out of Gaza, etc.)

The USA has not added any territory to itself in a long time.

The Soviet Union hasn't existed since 1991.

The Soviet Union does not exist. There is no such thing as "muslim lands." Your question is bogus.

If it is captured then it is no longer Muslim land is it? It belongs to whoever captured it.

Which "Muslim" land. They don't have any. Only in their hash inspired dreams. The sheep herders do not own the sheep. They just work for their betters.
