Nothing. Everything I've done (and not done) has made me the person I am now. To change anything would change the person I am, and right now, I'm happy with my life. I've got a wonderful wife and great kids, and I wouldn't do (or not do) anything that might change that.

Personally do different, I'd make sure I don;t go back in time. It reeks too much of not accepting responsibility for my actions by undoing it.
If you mean not personally, but changing anything in history, I'd have a certain jury in California find a certain pop star a little more guilty of child molesting. Not because I believe he's guilty (though he is) but because I think it would be funny without screwing up the timeline.

SOOO Many things.
I wouldn't have quit my last job.
I would've worked much harder in school this year.
I would've told her I loved her before it was too late.
I would've spent more time exercising.
I would've taken the opportunities three years ago instead of now.
I would've talked to my great grandparents more often.
I would've spent more time with my grandpa before the alzheimers.
I wouln't have gotten addicted to coffee so soon.
I would've appreciated my friends more.
:( Things can get so hard. I guess we just need to move on and do things better from now on, right?

Go to see the doctor a year earlier with loss of weight. It turned out to be cancer & could have been treated more easily.

We should not have called Enoch Powell a racist, all he wanted is the preservation of the UK community by not accepting mass immigration, he was right and I suspect many who were against him now regret it.
Apologies Enoch, you were right and many of us were wrong
