That we live in it

There's a lot we can say is wrong in the world, sure, but in the spirit of the holiday season, why don't we focus on what's right in the world instead.

What's right with the world?

A lot of things. The unconditional love of family. The warm embrace of friends. The innocent smiles of babies. Kittens. Hot cocoa when it's cold outside. Snuggling under a blanket with someone you love. Reading a good book, watching a good movie, listening to music that expands your mind. Long conversations at 2 AM. Unexpected letters and phone calls from old friends. Sharing a smile with a stranger. Having the power to help someone. Taste.

There are so many things right in this world that maybe what's wrong is that we spend too much time focusing on what's wrong and not enough time appreciating what's right.

I figure that so far you have gotten very vague answer es, so I thought that i would try to give you a simple answer to your question, so here it goes.
The main problem with the world is the fact that we as a whole have forgotten about following God and His will. It started with Adam and Eve, and the fruit, and has progressed from there. God lets this happen because he wants us to choose Him on our own free will, and not be made to fallow Him. He is letting us destroy ourselves, and the world as we know it. He sent us profits in the Old Testament, and Jesus in the New Testament, and as a whole we just keep turning to our own understanding, and not following His will.

We all have different, goals, aspirations, beliefs. morals, ethics, experiences, expectations, standards of living, value systems, personal paradigms, cultures, and the list goes on.

The complexity of our brains and society means difference amongst humans is a fact and a reality, but one that some people cannot accept.

If everyone tried to be respectful and tolerant of diffence and did their liitle bit to care and contribute we'd all be better off.

P.S. Don't focus on the negatives, positive thinking goes along way.

Nothing is really right or wrong with the world. Those are human concepts and have no place in the real world...:)

When we changed from "Tribal" to "Communal" to "Civilization" to "Modern Civilization..."

We had to evolve to wear "repressive individual personality masks" in order to make civilization work...

Those "repressed animal traits" disturb our consciousness...

We ARE animals, after all...and those "animal instincts" have to be ignored and repressed to a huge extent in order for civilization to function as a whole...

And so...those "repressed animal instincts" get involuntarily "released" quite often, which results in all the cultural "wrongness" that you see prevalent throughout the world of humankind...

Because we ARE animals....

And as entire species...

We are in "mass denial" about that fact....
