I am female, over 18. I would rub it on the bottom of your feet. Believe it or not it works as well there as on your chest!

hey take care, the last time i had a woman rub vick on me she got very carried away and rubbed it on other parts and not just my chest, God that really burns, LOL take care and good luck in your quest.

i'll do it for you. i love the smell of vicks.
did you know you can get vicks vapor bubbles for the bath aswell...tis very nice..smells lovely and sweet
