I work on the stage door at a West End theatre. All I have to do is make sure that no one gets in if they're not supposed to be here. I've been doing it for 10 years, so I've got it down to such a fine art that I can do this at the same time :o)

Most hourly jobs are like that. You will have busy times and you have not so busy times. Thats why Y!A exists for people who have boring office jobs. Of course I ride around in a truck all day so most of the time Im sleep.

the fact is that sometimes we havent much work and it's killing boring without the net and my boss is somehow not liking me online without doing anything while he knows that here is nothing to do

I work in an office for a big mailing company.

Add Me to that list. I sit and watch screens all day (or night part of the time). My job is to wait for something to screw up, then i fix it.
