Can you become pregnant when you have the implant although its a small chance?

Ok I usually have a period every begining of the month but its suddenly didnt appear in November nor December...... I came off prozac in October.... Im ill at the moment so I wouldnt know if I have any of any pregnacy symptons ..... Is it posible to become pregnant Ive had it since May x

Oh and my nipples are really sore to the touch will be the only thing that links pregnancy to anything x
