Hello, I happen to be on here right now because I have strep throat and cannot sleep. I think that you can get addicted and have the desire to be on the internet all the time. I go through periods where I am always on the internet, but if it gets to be too much then I make myself take a break for a while. I think as long as you are monitering yourself, then you will be fine.

I don't do that with Y!A, but with different people. Lately I don't care about that anymore either and just want to work, hold my kids and read to them, or play Sims.
