No one in the current administration has personally participated in a war. When called upon to participate in the Viet Nam war, Bush and Cheney used their "privilege" to duck out.
Most privileged people want none of their own skin in the game of war, even when they initiate the war.

Why don't you? Because the Islamic terrorists would blow you to little bits or chop your head off on tv. It might take a little longer since things are better, but give it time. And not sure if you understand English, but "better" doesn't mean perfect. And there is no "illegal" war, Congress authorized it.
