food is an equal-opportunity commodity. in the philippines, everyone eats adobo, regardless of social class. also, in a big gathering, everyone gets to partake of the same food. filipinos love to eat and it is in eating that we socialize and make friends and enjoy life. sharing our food is very much a part of our culture. should you visit us at a time when we are having our meal, you are always welcome to join us in the table. that's just the way we are.
