I swear there is no Heaven and I pray there's no hell! Why does it have to be on a particular planet? The SUN is where hell would most likely be! And the phrase Heaven on Earth comes to mind so EARTH for Heaven!

You can probably get a better understanding if you ask in the religion section.

Heaven and Hell are not located on planets. They are completely different planes of existance all together.

Heaven and Hell are creations of the Catholic Church and Constantine who accumulated various books from the original biblical texts and created the first bible. They are not real places located on any particular planet or within any galaxy in space.

Religion has a definite place in society and teaches us many good things about living peaceably in a society. However, long ago, man attempted to answer the great questions of thinking men with simple myths. In modern times, some of those myths seem a bit far fetched.

If you wish to see a reasonable presentation of this idea, please read Dan Brown's book, The Davinci Code.

No planet. It's all in our heads. That sounds wierd ...

anyway, moving swiftly on, not all people believe heaven and hell exsist, and there is no evidence that they do, so no one can really truthfully answer that question. Sorry! But I think that (hypothetically of course) if they did exsist, it would probably be on Earth. I'm not saying that they do though.

Hi,
Great Question!

First of all I have to clarify that Heaven and Hell are too large to be confound into one planet. According to the mainstream scriptures that I have read and my understanding is that Hell does not exist yet. There is a school of thought that Hell is a place absent of God. This I do not agree with, However I do believe that it is the lack of God. Hell will be created after the Day Of Judgement, then it will be filled. Where it is created is the fatherest point away from God. At the moment this universe is the furtherest away from God, making it the closest thing to Hell. There are 7 Universes and our universe is the innermost surrounded by the other 6. Heaven is already there and is surrounding the 7 universes.

There was once an article in the Weekly World News that claimed pretty authoritatively that Heaven was a planet in the galaxy NGC 4366.

Humans are the only intelligent life forms who went through the Fall. Therefore, all other planets on which intelligence has evolved are Heaven and this planet is close to Hell. Aliens are akin to non-fallen angels. Fallen angels are another matter.

Heaven and Hell are only delusions in the twisted, demented minds of religious psychotics.
