Answerbag appears to be a perfectly respectable Question and Answer site similar to many others. Such as Yahoo Answers, Wondir, AsMeHelpDesk and others.
It was founded in Jul 2003 by a Joel Downs and acquired by Infosearch in early 2006. It appears to have joined with Demand Media in Oct 2006.
