And I was behind the moon, with the right timing to put the earth in between the moon and the sun, so the moon fit perfectly in between. (just look at the picture)

You could position yourself in space so that the diameter of the moon is equal to that of the earth. The same would be valid for the moon and the sun. But you won't have the three of them to have the same visual diameter. The fact that, as seen from the earth, the moon and sun have roughly the same diameter is only a coincidence.
The first answer you got refers to the anthropic principle. It means, the human influence on the universe, in a vast definition. One variation is to say that the universe exists as it is simply because we can observe it. A very nice idea but only a philosophy. A philosophy can be the start of a scientific research but it can also prevent scientists from being objective and lead to quasi-science.
