I don't agree with what you said ...
excepting the part: "...when they do, they confuse us", because I'm sure that you are the only one who knows the best how is feeling...

I think this is a common mis-conception. If a child is beautiful people tend to be nicer to them, if you have a nice face then people are attracted to you (not in a sexual way, just a magnetism) and you often see the kinder side of people so consequently you have a positive attitude about people. Obviously there are exceptions who seem to believe that their Mothers egg and their fathers sperm is somehow justification for feeling superior, but I haven't met a really beautiful woman who has this attitude, honestly. It is difficult to explain how I feel this to be true without sounding vain, so you have the option as to whether you believe me or not. People have generally been very kind to me, I am truly grateful that I do not have a face that scares children or makes strangers fearful of me, it would make me sad if people did not give me the opportunity to get to know them. Maybe the beautiful women you have met have been immature. I also believe that true beauty comes from within, a warm, kind, easy going, strong and compassionate woman always looks beautiful to me, it's a special twinkle in the eye.

That's a bit over-generalizing, don't you think? It's like asking, Why do good-looking men have small d!cks? They don't ALL, but some sure do.
Your question seems a little angry toward women. Maybe you are just intimidated by women you find attractive. And by the way, not smiling doesn't mean you have an attitude. Maybe she is having a bad day. Why would you think being attractive means a person has a perfect life? Your looks really have nothing to do with your life or how it goes, unless you use them for something. Like modeling or something along those lines.
I find this question really over-generalizing. How can you think that all people are the same?

i think that they get used to being able to run rings around blokes really early on in life (the non stop attention starts at about 12) and so many blokes are so DESPERATELY pathetic when it comes to a woman that is really good looking, or even just average, but long blonde hair and wearing tarty clothes. A lot of women don't feel that they have power in any other way, and some of them don't, if you don't have a strong personality, brains or education what is expected of a good looking woman in this world? She has nothing but her looks. This is not a situatin that she has created, and as beauty in these trems only applies when you are young women like this are stuffed. I wouldn't mind being more attractive, but I would rather have my intellect, strong personality and individuality.

Has anyone ever thought that these women are human too and girls at that.Maybe they too go through the insecurities and uncertainties that all girls go through-but it is noticed more cos of their looks-since all focus is on them.
And when they do feel comfortable and throw a smile-- it is again taken negatively or differently.
Give this a thought too.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder:
http://www.chinapage.org/story/beauty.html
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" - Origin:
This saying first appeared in the 3rd century BC in Greek. It didn't appear in its current form in print until the 19th century, but in the meantime there were various written forms that expressed much the same thought. In 1588, the English dramatist John Lyly, in his
Euphues and his England, wrote:
"...as neere is Fancie to Beautie, as the pricke to the Rose, as the stalke to the rynde, as the earth to the roote."
Shakespeare expressed a similar sentiment in Love's Labours Lost, 1588:
Good Lord Boyet, my beauty, though but mean,
Needs not the painted flourish of your praise:
Beauty is bought by judgement of the eye,
Not utter'd by base sale of chapmen's tongues
Benjamin Franklin, in Poor Richard's Almanack, 1741, wrote:
Beauty, like supreme dominion
Is but supported by opinion
beauty is in the eye of the beholderDavid Hume's Essays, Moral and Political, 1742, include:
"Beauty in things exists merely in the mind which contemplates them."
The person who is widely credited with coining the saying in its current form is Margaret Wolfe Hungerford (née Hamilton), who wrote many books, often under the pseudonym of 'The Duchess'. In Molly Bawn, 1878, there's the line "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder".

Beauty in eyes of beholder, study confirms:
WASHINGTON: When it comes to something pleasant, it seems that the phrase "easy on the eyes" may hold more truth than earlier believed, for a study has found that objects or people appear more attractive when the mind can process their looks faster.

Scientists ponder beauty and the eye of the beholder:
Evidence increasingly suggests the human brain is hard-wired for aesthetics.

I will give a simple explanation of my own. I will go
to a blind man and describe the beauty of a top cine
actress. Can any amount of description ake him realize
how beautiful she is? He needs eyes to see and
understand for him self.

They don't ALL have attitude! But I guess many do! My theory on this is that they don't HAVE to try to hard! I mean... a guy can not help falling head-over-heals for a beatiful woman, so the woman can easily take advantage and get whatever she wants!

They don't feel beautiful inside since they must be living a life which attach too much meaning on the outside. A general observation, of course.

Not all have attitude. Those who do its bcoz they they think u only want to talk to them bcoz of their looks & for some its bcoz they feel themselves so much, they are are pride-infested.
Some are aware of th effect and choose to either smile or frown for the fun of it.

Because their brains are smaller than their boobs so they have to have attitudes to cover it up
and when they smile,it means that their cheek muscles have screwed up because they have not been using their own brain muscles to think.
