An all-time question: because people feel uncomfortable for seeing unnatural act (which in here is gay marriage) against society.

The more conservative society it is, the less likely gay marriage will happen.

Because it is New! Normal is something that has been ocurring for a long period, what society agrees is common place. Same sex marriage has only been prevalent for a short time. Give it another 50 years and it will be considered normal as well.

I think people shouldn't be limited by some authority who make the decisions for us.
I think it is normal that two people who love each other get married and adopt children if they would like to.
I hope that one day all the countries will accept this.

I think it is not normal for most people because most people are sexually oriented towards members of the opposite sex. For those who are oriented towards the same sex, it is perfectly normal.

because it is illegal in most places

gays should be able to marry each other...and enjoy the 3 years of bliss...the 10 of hell and the pain full divorce just like str8 people
