In the video the singer looks into a mirror where he see's a young (i think) victorain maid and when she looks into her mirror she can see them and at the end to escape the mean employershe reaches his hand through the mirror and pulls her through and she then work her way through the crowd to see him on stage
Not the best description i know but its been a while since i saw it last
The lead singer has dark black jaw length hair
and i think I remember he had feather in his hair although I may be wrong on that one
Anyway anyone know what this song is called or the name of the singer??

I think you're talking about the Finnish band The Rasmus. And the song is called "In The Shadows".
