They all have different states bordering them. Washington is bordered by Idaho and Oregon. California is bordered by Oregon, Nevada and Arizona. Texas is bordered by Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico and Louisana, and Florida is bordered by So. Carolina, Georgia and Mississippi. I hope I named all the states.

There is no single U.S. state that border all of those states. The only commonality is that they are bordered by the Pacific or Atlantic Ocean, with the exception of Texas, which has it's southeastern corner bordering the Gulf of Mexico.
