---Any sport, in fact. But the only sport played in space ever before is golf. The golf ball is known to have desintergrated whilst re-entering Earth.--- Minh V
That was the one hit from the ISS.
The golf ball Alan Shepard (Apollo 14) hit on the moon is still there.

We know that golf has been played (in a fashion) and "dune-Moon-buggy" (or should it be Moon-dune-buggy) was popular for a while.
If you can find a big enough hall where you can control the environment (e.g., temperature), you could play anything you want, including baseball and hockey. Swimming might be strange as the higher, slower waves would make it difficult to use the same strokes as we do on Earth.
You may need to forbid javelin-throwing if the hall is inflatable.
