Under the Dubai Labour Law, workers under husband sponsorship should transfer to employer's sponsorship provided the employee has reached and passed the maximum 6 months probationary period.

This means that if you have worked under your present employer and your're still under husband sponsorship - by law, it's a violation.

Regarding your question:

You are not entitled to any gratuity under law but under the signed internal contract between you and the company, you might be entitled to some leave allowance.

Under Labour Law, each employee is entitled to 20 days of salary as per the last salary pay slip as reference for every contract completion till the 5th year.

After five years of continuous work with the same company. the 6th years onward calculation for gratuity is based on 30 days rather than 20.

Hope this is clear.
