Totally know what you mean! Wow! That happend to me almost all the time. It got worse when I tried to start a business. It took a long time to figure a lot of things out and maybe some medication. This doesn't happen to me so frequent anymore. Maybe not even at all. Keep exploring you can pull through.

We make our own weather at will, to be happy or sad.
I suggest you go out with friends and make merry, instead of walling yourself in sulking with only the robotic computer as your company. It'll make a lot of difference.
You can't relieve boredom just by being at home and gawking at the computer. Your friends will. Out there in the open. On the beach, under a tree in the sunshine. But definitely out from that maddening self-isolation.
Laugh and the world laughs with you!

that is the story of my life, gawdess. I am real happy one moment. then I become real sad like I am depressed. I don't what is going on sometimes. no matter what, I try to get past that low feeling and always smile. I look at things that I know will make me laugh or smile.I think positive and then that sadness usually goes away faster and I am real happy again. well, hope that helps you. sending you lots of love and thought.

Sometimes circumstances dictate our feelings. Sometimes we appear happy on the outside but we may be screaming with sadness on the inside. It is up to us what we show to the world. We mask our true self and our feelings so no one else knows our discontent. Basically we have to realize that we can't depend on others for happiness. We have to create our own...just speaking from experience...

No, my emotions don't fluctuate like that. I'm generally content with my life. If something really good or bad happens, of course I feel the appropriate emotion, but I don't switch back and forth with no stimulus.
