It is illegal to even look at pictures if the pictures portray the children in sexual settings or positions, whether they are nude or not. Pack your bags honey, you know the answer already.

it is HARD to parse the term "looking at pre teen female nudes" and "not downloading photos" as a technical distinction for being a pedophile.
If he LOOKS like a duck and quacks like a duck.....well...he's a duck. The viewing of child porn is the classic definition of a pedophile.
Obviously no good will come of this practice so your plan to get on down the road is a sound one. But IF you do not report his activitives how will you ever be able to defend you and your children against his presumed right to be around his biological children?
I believe that ANY interaction with the viewing of child porn is an automatic prima facia evidence of a crime and a Federal one at that.
Seek out advise from the District Attorney in your town OR the Department of Childrens Affairs in your county to be certain.
DON'T wait around.

i wouldn't want to bet the farm that what he is doing is not illegal, report him to the sex crimes unit so they can track his usage, and also computer crimes, put spy ware on the computer, and get you and your son out of there like yesterday, if you don't do something about this you run the risk of losing your child and him being placed in a foster home, just because what you have seen is little girls does not mean your son is safe, if you want to keep your child go to the authorities and have them place the spy ware on your computer, and get him off the street, he should not be left alone with any child even your son or you could go to jail too for at a minimum child endangerment, and consider the jail sentence you could also get now that you know this and he does something to some little girl or boy either in your family or someone elses. i don't believe that there is any cure for a pedophile, so ditch the thought of counseling for him while you stay, run as fast as you can to get away from him and like i said don't ever leave your son alone with him. BY THE WAY I AM NOT REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT YOU WHEN I MENTION THESE CONSEQUENCES, I AM WORRIED ABOUT THESE INNOCENT CHILDREN, THE ONLY REASON I MENTION THE PENALTIES FOR YOU ARE THAT I AM HOPING IF YOUR FREEDOM IS AT RISK YOU WILL KEEP YOUR CHILD AND ANY OTHERS AWAY FROM HIM AND GET HIM OFF THE STREET NOW MOVE

1) You can increase the security settings of the pc if you have access to it and require it to have a password each time a suspected porn site is visited. He won't be able to open the site without your password.
2) I suggest you leave the home first with your son. This is not a good environment for him.
3) Downloading porn sites/pictures can only be criminal if there was an actual crime committed, would you wait for that to happen? You can try reporting him but authorities will only tell you to do the first one I gave you.

it sounds like he is a pedophile sorry... the first time was that he missed his daughter... he wouldnt b lookin at web sites to see a 3 year old... he would just go see her simple... with the preteen site he went into im pretty sure at the start it shows whats in side so he would of known it was a child porn site... and yes it is illegal to look at child porn he might think its harmless but if the cops went through the computer they would find it and he would b charged, would have to sign a sex offends register and wouldnt b aloud near primary schools, daycares, kinders ect... i would leave you dont need your son around that and report him to the police... just tell them you think your partner/ex is looking at kiddy porn and they will decide, if need b you can always get a protection order out

This is sickening...
Think you need to have a chat with the police because the people putting the photos online may be breaking laws even if he doesn't.
Your son could be in danger - some of these people will molest boys or girls. Don't take a chance - collect evidence for a custody hearing in case you have one in the future. I would separate from him in this situation.
In addition, this is poor example for your son.
Besides, "three strikes - he's out!"
Live your life without regret.
Joy to you!

Yes, he is a pedophile. One day pictures may not be enough, and he's going to want to start hanging out at public pools with little girls. Don't wait for that day please. Dump him. Make him take his computer with him. If he stays with you, and he molests someone, the cops can use forensics to go into hidden files in your computer and see lists of every site he's ever gone to. That won't exactly look good for his case, even if he didn't download anything. (And again, how long before he starts downloading things. Do you really want to be on your computer one day and find a naked 8 yr old?)

Yes he is. He obviously likes what he sees or why else would he be looking at them. That is just nasty. You need to leave him. I would also report him for that. Just think he might end up trying to do something sick with a little girl. That guy is capable of doing such a thing the proof is right there in front of you.

You have to protect your family so if this is really on your heart then you know what you have to do. He might just be looking now but who knows when that isn't enough? I am not sure if you can report him but I would definitely finalize those leaving plans and probably call or go to my local Police Station to find out my options.
