My Dear Friend, There is no KENNOX OIL AND GAS COMPANY IN U.S.A, THE NAME OF COMPANY IS KENOX OIL AND GAS AND OTHER IS LENOX OIL AND GAS. MAY BE THEY CAN ASK YOU THIS AMOUNT FOR HOME LAND SECURITY. SO ITS NOT A REAL JOB OFFER, ITS A FAKE ONE, NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYER CAN ASK ANY AMOUNT TO ANY EMPLOYEE. IF AN EMPLOYER WILL ASK YOU TO PROCESS YOUR DOCUMENT THROUGH A LEGAL IMMIGRATION ADVISOR IN INDIA OR THROUGH EMBASSY THAN YOU CAN BELIEVE BUT FIRST YOU SHOULD CHECK THROUGH EMBASSY ABOUT THE PAPER WORK FROM COMPANY. REMEMBER THAT ALL NOS. START FROM +4470 ARE FAKE, THESE ARE ONLY FORWARDED NOS. IF YOU WILL TRY TO CALL THAN IT WILL CHARGE YOU 10 RUPEES PER MINUTE BUT YOU CANT HERE ANY VOICE FROM OTHER SIDE, SO DEFINATELY NOBODY WILL TRY THESE NOS. MORE THAN 2-3 TIMES, ITS A MINDED GAME OF CHEATERS. SO BE CAREFULL, ITS NOT SO EASY TO GET A WORK PERMITT AND WORK VISA FOR U.K, USA OR EUROPE. REGARDS

It is NOT a real company. There are many previous questions on this subject. It is a scam. The company does NOT exist. There is NO job. It is a ploy to get your details, bank account numbers and so on. The contact telephone numbers are re-directed mobile phones in Nigeria.

First answer has it dead right. I suppose if you didn't apply for a job then why would they make such an offer without even seeing you. It does not ever happen like that.
Have a happy and blessed Christmas.
