Don't say: "To pick ourselves back up again..."

Without the knowing of what it is like to feel disappointed, angry or even down so deep that we think we'll never get up...
What is there for us to be able to enjoy the good things in life. Life it is shared, without evil to compare, there is nothing for good to be compared and to shine through.

To fall is just the beginning to a better path in life. Whether we choose to give up or not is a different question altogether.

Four days ago I fell on my ars and hit 4 stairs on the way down. I would have to conclude that it was lack of foresight. I was unaware of my slipper not being "snug" enough.

We fall down because we need to experience it. My **** hurts. It hurts a lot. It is telling me "don't do that again".

If we never fall we never know what pain is. How will we know love or happiness if everything is always perfect?

We didn't know there was air until we went past the stratosphere to where there was none. Save for newtons theories we didn't know what gravity was until we went into space and there was none.

And we wont fully appreciate our arses unless we fall on them from time to time.

Plotinus answered this by the elective tendency of the soul toward erring, per inordinate desiring.

"Climb the Highest Mountain," Mark Prophet, "Men in White Apparel," Ann Ree Colton, "The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?", Free and Wilcock, http://www.divinecosmos.com and "Man, Master of His Destiny," O. M. Aivanhov, talk to this in modern terms and examples.

kind regards,

I have to force myself to think positively. I struggled with depression for years, and I still have to fight it.

But one thing that really changed how I see the world was how I saw my own failures.

I see failures as something that God has sent me, much like a blessing in disguise. Either that failure is going to teach me something, or it is going to allow me to see how truly wonderful life is once I get past it.

But I have to admit, the first thing that popped into my head when I read the question was that movie line.

That would depend on do you mean this in a physical sense or a psychological sense? For the physical sense, clumsiness, weakness, illness.
For the psychological sense. To gain insight of oneself. To find our-self through our weakness and become stronger individuals.
Hope this helped.

Because we are bound to follow the natural laws. We fall because gravity is a natural law. We can try to circumvent natural laws, but sooner or later we must obey these natural laws to survive, even in space!

Because we lost our balance.
We didnt look where we were going and tripped.
Because someone tripped us.
Because someone pushed us.
Because the ones who tripped us to make us fall was jealous and resented our meager fortune.
When they had more for themselves.
Because they thought it was great fun to see us scrape our knees and bleed.
So you bleed and examine your scraped knees.

The next part would have been the getting up but you said "skip that part". Lol
