BOTH. I love how I grew up and I also love having my kids around. But let's not talk about spouses okay? LOL!

Being a mom. I still have fun, but my living is more for others than myself only. I never knew I could feel so much from my soul for another living person that I was supposed to teach and then let go on purpose! And I waited to start a family until my late 20's so I got to do some living on my own before living for others. Young mom's have it rough while the kids are little and they still have "the call of the wild "echoing in their blood. But they will still be young and hitting their prime when their kids are grown! I will be 54 when my youngest learns how to drive!

both its like comparing apples and oranges, i loved the times i spent when i was carefree and going to my horse shows, going riding on the horses most of the night and sleeping during the day, but it cant compare with the births of my three children, and bringing a tiny defenseless human into this world there is nothing to compare when they place that messy bloody, cheese covered precious beautiful amazing miracle on your chest and watching them grow and learn is its own miracle, then watching them as they reach each milestone, go to school, get their drivers license, graduate, marry and have their own children, and you are so proud and yes a little sad too, cause you are doing your job so well that they need you less and less, which is how it is supposed to be, parenting is the hardest, most sacrificing, sometimes thankless, best most wonderful most gratifying beautiful greatest job there is. and if done properly is the only one where you are fired at for doing right, but again that is as it should be and then you get to spoil your grandchildren, what rewards for a job well done

I love being a Mommy. My children have made me feel complete. It's not an easy job but it is the most rewarding... and I never consider being a mother an actual "job"... but a "blessing." My children are everything to me and I try to savor each moment I have with them.

I would say both also. I still have fun and sometimes I take time for myself. The kids are getting older and now we have so much fun together. I would not trade them for how it used to be.

Both...but if I had to pick one, it would be after I became a Mommy...It is one of the few decisions I made that I have NEVER had a moments regret.
