When would India achieve total uplift of all casts /communities and to stop tribal reservations ?

When do we expect to reach total upliftment of all casts and tribes? Do the polititians /reformers want to keep them as they
are now?

Only when every indian is educated about his rights, selfesteem
and his value to the society.
Prorer and Equal LAW for all, And people choose the right candidate during Elections.

Why is it a fellow indian spits onn at any public place etc and the same indian goes abroad and follows the LAW.
So it is upto every individual to uplift himself and in turn the whole country will get uplifted.

When every one just decides to do their job, and nothing else, starting from politicians to a teacher, a police wala, a clerk.

We have the infrastructure in place, only it does'nt percolate down. All the upliftment schemes are used only for the upliftment goes to uplift the community of those who are supposed to implement those schemes, rather then the actual benefeciaries.

Let us ask ourselves each day are we doing what we are expected to do and world will be a better place :)

Let us look for solutions inside and it will percolate outside in no time. All great men became great by just doing that ;)

Prevailing caste system emerged on the basis of professions of our ancestors. For example those were in the field of education were called as brahmins. people who were protecting and guarding the public were called kshathriyas,traders were called as vaishyas,people who helped cleaning & made the place adorable were called as sudhras. Many sub castes emerged out of particular professions like cobblers, carpenters, jwellary makers etc.

But today there are many professions which were not existing those times. It is better to vanish all the castes and follow a fresh caste system according to today's profesions like IT, service providers, military etc.

Or

We can only consider Three castes- no.1 Rich- not eligible to get any reservations other than business subsidies.

No.2 Middle Class- eligible to get what they want( tax redumption, concessional medical treatment etc are considerable)

No.3 Poor - Exempted from tax, free education, govt job for one person of a family, free medical facilities.

If this happens your dream may come true. Till that this will remain as a dream of us.

In a democracy they will do anything for vote. When people vote for TV, quota can not be abolished too many interested groups.
When we have archived a level of balance, may be we can eliminate reservation. I do not see it happening soon.
Yes the politicians have mastered this art and are not going to give it up.

It should be stopped by this time, 50 years before it was required, politicians think as long as them as their vote bank there is no chance to stop the reservations,

does not seem possible in near future. our politicians will never allow this to happen. they want a divided society in order to keep their vote bank secured.
