Yes, but you have to be able to prove that you were forced (Threats against family member, promises not kept. Your lawyer lied to you.) It is not often granted. If you knew what you were doing, you are stuck, like that senator.

Depends on "when".

You can withdraw a guilty plea up until the point that judgment is entered. After that you can only withdraw it with judicial consent - which is RARELY granted, and then only usually if there was something important that was hidden from the defendant prior to trial.

Talk to an attorney, in some cases you can withdraw your guilty plea but it has to be approved by the judge.
