It's pointless. The best way for Malaysian Indians to get their rights is through social action. The courts won't help them.

In what court?

Countries make their own laws. If what the Malay Govt is doing is legal under Malay law then there's no legal action that can be taken.

In addition, governments have what's called "Sovereign Immunity" that protects them from suit.
