its the other way around, i always seem to say hi, but they just turn. thats when i get out my 9mm and unload 10 bullets in them. jk lol

It depends on how it was said. If he/she looks friendly, I will definitely say hello too. But if he/she looks like a gangster or something, best thing is to just ignore it. It's hard to trust strangers nowadays. You wouldn't know what's their intention in saying hello to you.

Yes, always! I think the Australians are much more friendly than we Americans. I can pretty much tell from the answers who's from Australia and who's not! lol

yeah i do. or i just smile at them =] especially during the holidays..its always nice. i starting have a conversation with a lady at the DMV yesterday that was waiting outside with me. hehe its always fun.
