We are planning to move to Bathurst, My daughter asked if it snows there, So... Does it?

As rule - NO. Bathurst is not a snow country and thre is no snow there even in winter.
BUT... having said that - there are the odd occasions when a cold snap would come through and there would be a snow dump all around the region.. This type of weather is unpredictable and it can happen anytime. But the snow only lasts the day anyway.

However, Bathurst is NOT too far away to get to the snowfield in winter.

It will usually snow in Bathurst at least once every winter. If Bathurst misses out, Oberon or Orange seldom do. The snow doesn't last long. Perhaps every two or three years there will be enough to build a snowman.
