I dont remember much but i do know that it was about a teenager and her mom. the mom was a redhead with curly hair that was very funny. The main girl had brown curly hair and they were poor. As I recall they worked for another family who had a really snotty girl that was very rich. I know it was a 90's show and there was a dorky white kid that would chase after the poor girl. other than that i am lost please help!

It sounds like Almost Home, it was a show that started off as The Torkelsons, with featurerd a whole family, it was sort of re-vamped and some new cast members were brought in, and re-named Almost Home, the mom and just a few of her kids moved into a home of a rich man and his kids, she was snotty and and the torkelsons were poor.
kinda sounds like what you discribed...
