Holding a lot of water.
getting short of breath easily
getting really fatigued
ankles swelling badly
Heart would stop beating and start again after several seconds.
If you feel that you have heart trouble, be sure to get it checked out. The heart is to the body like a battery is to a car.
Without it you're dead in the water.
