I am that business. I own a taxicab Company. All of my cabs are not smoking. However, every time I hire a smoker, he/she ends up smoking in one of my cabs, getting ashes all over the place and burning holes in the carpet ( not to mention making it smell like an ashtray on wheels) I fired 3 guys for this already this year. I just don't want to waist the advertising money on hiring somebody else who I will have to fire because of smoking.

Get some people in that respect the way you work and make them pay if they destroy or get ash every where even tho it is banded in many work places. just work around it or if they keep doing it get rid of them!!.

You should try finding another word aside from "now" because it makes it sound like you never did before. Maybe you should just disregard it completely.
