This condition is called alopecia. You should be able to learn more about it online. If you haven't had any hair, ever, you might not be able to grow hair. I have met one person who had this condition before. Perhaps a wig would be the best option for you.

If u dint have hair from birth, it may be difficult now. Anyway, u can try at Batra's clinic (Trincologist). Hair transplant is also possible but if u do not have pores for th hair follicle then it may not be possible.
