A toothache by far is the worst pain I have ever felt.

Worst pain??? - Arthritis - its excruciating.

As to your toothache, if you have any 'oil olf clove' place a drop on your forefinger and (very gently) wipe your finger over and around your gum near the 'bad' tooth. This may help to alleviate the pain for a while.

I was going to say toothache even before I read the rest of your question.

I feel your pain.

I imagine being disemboweled or burned alive would be slightly worse --- as it is, the worst pain I've experienced is contractions (childbirth).

BTW, biting a clove with the sore tooth will help.

EDIT: Dontasky is right - muscle spasms in the stomach are horrible, and ALMOST as bad as labor contractions. Quite similar, actually.

oh yeah toothache is nasty and can last for days if it's not sorted
but try dragging your top lip up to your eyebrows, that's what it feels like to have a baby
